We use Canada Post to deliver our products to you. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping options and prices are quoted on the checkout screen, and can be viewed prior to completing your payment.
If we receive your package returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a reshipping fee.
Returns
You may return CDs and Videos as long as they were unopened.
The following may not be returned: buttons, stickers, key chains, posters and magazines.
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for shipping costs to replace the item.
